Oliver Wendell said : “What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us”
Everybody have a dream. And this dream originates when we are children and never stop growing. This dream can be cultivated or can be demolished instantly. We can move on with a purpose and be the gift that we are or we can just keep living life as a casualty of circumstances, blaming everybody or anything for not having what we want, living a life without purpose. Your declaration could be “I am making a difference in my life” I am living with expectation, I am actively seeking my dream, by making the right decisions, by making good choices, By selecting who are my friends, by choosing the right message in the music I hear, in the books I read, in the places I go, in the movies I watch. I am determined to be the woman I am. Character is choosing to do what’s right when anything else looks easier. Nothing and no one but I can determine the course of my life. I am not an accident, I have a purpose. My behavior is a function of my decisions, not of my conditions. I have the responsibility to make things happen.
This road is usually challenging, In fact, our most difficult experiences becomes the crucibles that form our character and develop the internal powers, the freedom to handle difficult circumstances in the future and to inspire others to do so as well.

--We are in the midst of a major revolution in the way we work and live. Our families are undergoing cultural upheavals. Family ethics and values are changing and structure we grew up with no longer exists. This transition in our world has brought confusion about the future and fear of the unknown. We live in a culture of mixed messages. Our spiritual values say we are more than what we do while at the same time we define ourselves by the things we do. We are endlessly goal-driven.
--We are told we have unlimited opportunities and that we can be anything we want to be. This is not only a myth but a paralyzing burden. Image has become the number one priority in our families. The competition and desire to stand out in everything we do has relinquished our love ones. Job stress is the number one health related problem in United States. ---And our children are learning this pattern, the pressure we are putting in our children is not allowing them to keep expanding the natural talents and passions they have. We are not allowing them to learn who they are, and what their gift is because we are more concern with what we do and how we do it as opposed to who we are. We are killing our most treasured value: that is our essence and our dreams. Everyone long to make a difference, to contribute to others, and to feel that our lives have meaning.
Find your dream just look at children under the age of 3 at play. They build fantastic dreams out of anything, make up stories and imaginary friends, explore and draw with abandon. That spontaneity is killed when we intervene with our reality and our frustrations. Commit to be a child again and enjoy the world with passion.

El corazon de la intimidad se logra cuando la pareja se libera del temor y la verguenza de ser poseidos por el amor, cuando el hecho es darse libremente a el puro gozo de la libertad de poseer y de ser poseido.
